By submitting Payment you agree to the following terms:

COVID/IMMPLECIABLE DISEASES and CDC GUIDELINES: Mobile Gaming Zone is committed to protecting the health of all staff, host, guests, educational program participants and attendees. We will follow all Federal, State, Local and CDC guideline restrictions. Under normal circumstances, the 32ft. trailer can accommodate fourteen (14) children and teens, ages 7 – 11, ten (10) teens, ages 12- 18 and up to include adults, ages 19 and up. In order to social distance inside the trailer, twelve (12) people will attend your event.

As a result of COVID-19 for the purpose of social distancing, for example, if there are twenty-four (24) people attending the event, we recommend twelve (12) guest attend the first half and your remaining twelve (12) guests attend the trailer the second half of the total time reserved. 

The Game Coach will sanitize before and after each event to make sure everyone is kept safe as possible. If your package includes virtual reality headset and controllers (2), the equipment will be sanitized before the next person put on the headset.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: All payments to reserve the trailer are done on-line via our secure payment gateway services.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY: A valid credit card or debit card (Gift cards are not accepted) is required to guarantee and pay for your reservation. There will be a $25 cancellation fee (plus any applicable bank processing fees) for all parties or events cancelled after payment is received. There is a $50.00 reschedule fee (plus any applicable bank processing fees) for all events when rescheduled after payment is received that is within 30 days of the scheduled event. NO REFUND will be paid, unless the fault of Mobile Gaming Zone. Customer can reschedule within six (6) months, after said fees have been paid from the initial scheduled date. Based on availability, Mobile Gaming Zone staff will make every effort to reschedule your event.

TIPS: The Game Coach(s) are there to make sure your group is getting the most of the event or program package(s) selected. They will strive to go over and beyond to ensure your event is handled with a spirit of excellence. To this end he/she will greatly appreciate a tip; however, it is not required.

PRIVACY POLICY: Mobile Gaming Zone is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make bookings as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

TRAVEL SURCHARGE: Our primary service area is a 30-mile radius from the zip code 64133. We also service a “secondary” area outside our primary area, but must add a fuel surcharge fee when we travel to the secondary area. See our Service Area page for coverage areas.

INCLEMENT WEATHER: The Party Goes on! Mobile Gaming Zone trailer was designed for all types of weather conditions so the party goes on with the exception of severe weather conditions. The theater is insulated and climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. That being said, the entertainment outside options (i.e. Virtual Reality, Pop-Up Tents and our outside gaming systems will not be available during bad weather. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding, snow or ice) we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated severe storm) please contact us to begin the rescheduling process that will be based on availability.

SUPERVISED CHILDREN: Mobile Gaming Zone require the Host, Parent or responsible adult 18 years or older to be present either inside or outside of the trailer at all times. The game coach will not be able to watch children and teens inside and outside the trailer at the same time during parties.

Guests under the age of 16 require a parent or guardian be on property and within contact of the game coach leader should there be a need to contact them if an issue arise.

Prior to start of your event the Game Coach Leader will go over the rules to ensure everyone is aware of the do’s and don’ts, specifically while attending the event of program inside the trailer. 

FOOD/BEVERAGES: At no time will consumption of any consumable items (i.e.; candy, food, liquid, liquor) be allowed inside the Mobile Gaming Zone trailer. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when participants do not oblige to rules. The Client/Host also excepts any liability that may occur before, during, or after the event for any food consumption related incidents or accidents inside or around the Mobile Gaming Zone Trailer equipment. 

ALCOHOL/DRUGS: You may serve alcohol at your event or party (on your property, not inside the Mobile Gaming Zone Trailer); however, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. The Client/Host is in charge of, and excepts all responsibility for making sure that they are serving only those of legal age. The Client/Host also excepts any liability that may occur before, during, or after the event for any alcohol related incidents or accidents. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the Mobile Gaming Zone Trailer equipment. Any observed use of illegal narcotics or legal narcotics used in an illegal manner will result in the termination of the party immediately.

DAMAGE: Mobile Gaming Zone employees and vendor partners will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. 

Additionally, Reflection of Reality reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the carelessness or willful damage of same by clients’ guests.

INJURY/IMPLIED WAIVER: Mobile Gaming Zone or its employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained during the party as well as on the clients’ property or their designated location. Using the Mobile Gaming Zone Theatre Trailer is not a high risk activity, so a signed implied waiver is required and assumed with the liability for damages or injuries being the sole responsibility of the client and/or host and will be required of all attendees/participants.

FOOD/DRINK: Mobile Gaming Zone does not allow any food or drinks into the mobile game theater. Please have your guests consume them outside of the trailer prior to entering.

PICTURES/VIDEO: Customer can take pictures or videos.

LIABILTY WAIVER & PHOTO VIDEO RELEASE: In order to attendee/participate in Mobile Gaming Zone event and or educational program, I, the undersigned, agree and acknowledge that there is risk of injury from these activities and/or from the equipment involved. I agree to sign the require waiver before participating in such activities. Mobile Gaming Zone event and or educational program, Mobile Gaming Zone, their owners, officers, officials, agents, volunteers or employees from any and all liability for his/her injury, disability, death, loss or damage to personal property. You hereby grant Mobile Gaming Zone unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and or videos of your event or in which may be included: for editorial, trade, advertising, website, social media and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. You hereby release the above, its associates and legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs/videos.

OUR TRUCK/TRAILER: When the truck and trailer pulls up, we will try to park in the most level & flat area or logical spot to accommodate your party. We usually have to park on your neighborhood street, so it’s a good idea to let your neighbors know (in case they may object) or let us know if you have a preferred spot for the trailer to be parked. Additionally, we might also have to block a driveway. Please keep in mind that our driver will not park anywhere that may cause a danger to persons, property or equipment. The truck and trailer package needs approximately 62 feet of space. Additionally, our driver will never disconnect the truck from the trailer at a party/event nor park off of a hardened surface. Our Game Coach reserves the right to move the trailer to the safest area possible or decline service if unable to park in a designed area that meets requirements.

VIDEO GAME RATINGS: Mobile Gaming Zone makes all ESRB rated “E” Everyone games available by default at every party. The Client/Host of the party is responsible, during the booking process, for selecting if they want “T” Teen and/or “M” Mature games to be allowed at the party as well as notifying any concerned parents of their guests. It is also recommended that all clients email us with their game requests as soon as possible if it is a game that is NOT listed on our Games Page.
